I purchase this set along with other tablewares. Unfortunately, the mug broke during the shipment. The owner quickly responds to the issues and send me a replacement within 2 days. This set is actually one of my favorite. The mat pastel yellow of the set makes the food really stands out in the photo. Highly recommended if you like to take food pictures. Overall, I am very happy with the purchases and the customer service that I received.
