As our mission is to become your cozy stop for everything exclusively on-trend, with a unique selection of products that can hardly be found elsewhere. Every collection is carefully selected and provided to you with all that you have wished for your lifestyle, while creating a communal playground to discover new trends in home decor.

Even as a small business, we try to do things right. We center our social responsibilities around three themes: nourishing customers (by controlling profit margin and being trustworthy/honest each order; we hope to create a trustworthy/long-term relationship with you), nourishing communities (through charitable donations to community causes and being open to volunteerism for community service projects), and nourishing the environment (by minimizing the use of non-recyclable material in our operations and otherwise supporting environmental sustainability).

Shipping Destinations:

  • Within Canada and the US

Shipping Rate:

  • We offer a FREE shipping in Canada and US on orders over C$99. For orders less than C$99 we provide a flat rate of C$12.99 in Canada and C$12.99 in US.
  • Starting in 2024, local pickup services will no longer be available. Instead, enjoy a special local shipping rate of $2.99 for orders under $99 in Greater Vancouver Area. For inquiries about local pickup, contact us via email or Instagram DM. 
More Shipping Info:
  • All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed within 2-3 working days upon confirmation of payment. If you would like to adjust your order, please let us know immediately. 
  • All products are shipped from Vancouver, Canada. Once shipped, we will update your order with a tracking number.
  • Once a parcel is picked up by Canada Post, USPS, or other carriers, we are not responsible for delays.

    Q: Who can I contact if I have some questions?

    Q: How much is the shipping?

    A: We offer free shipping within North America for purchase over C$99. For more details please see HERE.

    Q: How long does the shipping takes?

    A: We try to ship most of our orders within 2-3 business days from placing an order and it usually takes 2-8 business days to be delivered to the customer depending on the destination. 

    Q: What if I receive damaged or incorrect products?

    A: Damaged or incorrect products are very rare but in case of this event, please contact us immediately at email info@roomco.ca within 3 days from receiving your products. For more details please see HERE.

    Q: Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

    A: The shipping address can only be modified if the order hasn't been processed to the courier. Once the package is shipped by the courier, the customer has to contact the courier directly to modify the shipping address.

    Q: What should I do if my payment was declined / order unsuccessful?

    A: Depending on your bank or credit card company, you may see a “Pending” status on your account even if your order was declined. Please allow 2-4 days for this amount to be cleared from your account.

    Q: Why is my order canceled?

    A: The order or the item in your order may be canceled due to out-of-stock. Please contact us at email info@roomco.ca for further assistance.
