Q: How much is the shipping?

A: We offer free shipping within North America for purchase over C$99. For more details please see HERE.

Q: How long does the shipping takes?

A: We try to ship most of our orders within 2-3 business days from placing an order and it usually takes 2-8 business days to be delivered to the customer depending on the destination. 

Q: What if I receive damaged or incorrect products?

A: Damaged or incorrect products are very rare but in case of this event, please contact us immediately at email info@roomco.ca within 3 days from receiving your products. For more details please see HERE.

Q: Can I modify my shipping address after placing an order?

A: The shipping address can only be modified if the order hasn't been processed to the courier. Once the package is shipped by the courier, the customer has to contact the courier directly to modify the shipping address.

Q: What should I do if my payment was declined / order unsuccessful?

A: Depending on your bank or credit card company, you may see a “Pending” status on your account even if your order was declined. Please allow 2-4 days for this amount to be cleared from your account.

Q: Why is my order canceled?

A: The order or the item in your order may be canceled due to out-of-stock. Please contact us at email info@roomco.ca for further assistance.
